We were delighted to have a delegation visiting from the USA on the occasion of the Hammersmith Endocrine Symposium. This was a great opportunity to get to know each other better and to learn from each other’s clinical practice as well as for some social gatherings. A research meeting allowed our research fellows Miss Nikita Chander & Joshua Aglinko to present their promising preliminary research data. A particular thanks goes to the UAB surgeons Herb Chen, Peter Abraham, Sophie Dream, Brenessa Lindeman and Andrea Gillis for their contributions. We hope to reciprocate with a visit to alabama in 2027.
